Thanks for all the support!

Hi Guys,

As I sit here typing this it’s hard to believe that my book is now published and available. It’s been a very long road to get to this point and it still hasn’t sunk in that this chapter of my life, i.e writing my first book is now over. It was a long process taking over a year to write but the concept that has never let me down of “just keep going” has worked for me yet again.

I’m already working on my next book which will be very exciting considering the experiences and situations I have found myself in over the past two years. My next adventure will form the final part of the next book too, so let’s see what happens. I think things are going to get interesting this summer!

I do need to say a massive thank you to everyone who attended my book launch at Cotswold Outdoor in Covent Garden earlier this month. I didn’t really know what kind of turn out we would get but I was absolutely blown away by the support and the sheer number of people that turned up to hear me speak and purchase a book. It was certainly a full house and a thoroughly enjoyable night. You can watch a short video of the evening here

The event would not have been possible without Cotswold Outdoor who gave us the venue for the evening and did a brilliant job at hosting everyone. So thank you to David and all of his team at Cotswold Covent Garden.

If you would like to pick up a copy of the Ultimate Triathlon you can do so via my online shop where it will be dispatched within 24 hours and will be sent via recorded delivery. Alternatively, if you’re in London you can pick a copy up in any Cotswold Outdoor shop. So far the feedback has been great ,which I’m very thankful for. I regularly stand up in front of thousands of people to give talks about my adventures but I never really knew if I had the ability to translate it into a book. I always wondered if I could do justice to some of the experiences I’ve had and the amazing people that I have been lucky enough to meet along the way. I really hope I have!

So as one chapter wraps up I am about to start another with a massive project this summer. I will share some more info with you on this soon.

Remember guys, thoughts become things and dreams do come true.

Out for now
