Hey guys, I hope 2018 is treating you all well so far, by now you will already be either getting into a rhythm of working towards your goals, or you will have fallen off the rails and just be going through the motions. Don’t worry it’s never too late to start again, don’t let a bad few days, or even a month turn into a bad year! Did you know, even the most successful people on this planet have bad days, they just don’t let them turn into a bad week and so on. On top of the world! – What have I learnt?

Hey guys, I hope you’re all well and everyone is having a great year so far, can you believe we are almost half way through 2017 already! I know it’s pretty crazy… I’ve always said, “Time is one of the most important things we have”. Today as I sit here typing this blog, it is the 16th May 2017. This day will always be a special day for me. “Why”? I here you cry, well exactly six years ago, I was stood on top of the world, on the summit of Mount Everest. Something I will never forget for as long as I live. In the last six years I have cycled around the world, been rescued twice, once in the Indian Ocean and once in the Atlantic Ocean. 2017 Is Your Year!

Happy New Year everybody! What a year 2016 has been, not just for myself but for the people of this amazing world! For me there has been disappointment but also amazing highs, the launch of my first book, “The Ultimate Triathlon,” is something I’ll never forget. The support and feedback has been brilliant, and I need to thank everyone for that. I often asked myself whilst writing the book, which took the best part of a year, “can I really do this?”. I had days where I literally couldn’t even string a sentence together, but I also had days where I would produce over five thousand words and everything just flowed effortlessly. I guess all things we work on have their ups and downs. Looking back, it doesn’t seem so bad I guess, and I think 2017 will certainly see the start of my second book. The lows have been […]
